Good show last night in Amsterdam, not blown away though. John was wearing a black hat during the entire show... and he looked so skinny!!
Great band, 2 hours of great music, no stories, no jokes, just music.
"Alone in the dark" was a nice surprise!
From the latest disc they played "The open road", "Wonder of love" (great song!), "Like a freight train" and "My baby". Rest of the setlist was pretty much standard:
Perfectly good guitar

Drive South
Cry love
Tennessee plates
Real fine love

Slow turning
Riding with the King

One minus: No backing vocals!

I agree with you about the lack of backing vocals. In Malmö there was some on one song (can't remember which one though )
